As part of the media preparations for the Hajj season 1446H, the Hajj Conference & Exhibition, held at Jeddah Super Dome from January 13 to 16, 2025, featured the participation of the Ministry of Media, represented by the Media Regulatory Authority.

WD took charge of designing the entire pavilion, delivering a fully integrated media experience that leveraged the latest interactive technologies to enhance visitor engagement and highlight the role of media in conveying the true essence of the Hajj season.

The pavilion stood out with its creative design, seamlessly blending visual identity with modern technological elements. It also provided rich media content documenting the Kingdom’s efforts in serving the guests of Allah.

Additionally, the pavilion featured comprehensive visual coverage, including photography and videography, along with hospitality, reception, and event management services. This created a fully immersive media environment that reflected a high level of professionalism in managing media operations during the event.
